The Company “IsZEB” wishes to hire at its offices in Thessaloniki an experienced Economist (BSc in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration) or Engineer with experience in finance, to cover the position of the “Office Administrator”

 

Responsibilities

  • Organization, monitoring and development of management procedures (administrative, financial) regarding the smooth operation of the Company.
  • Management (financial, administrative, physical scope) of the life cycle of research projects and investment programs at National and European level
  • Contract Management
  • Writing deliverables and reports
  • Collaboration with the partners from the different business units and participation in meetings on a daily basis regarding the everyday activities of the Company.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • BSc in Economics (Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration) or Engineer with experience in finance
  • A Masters Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Desired knowledge / experience around the construction / energy sector
  • Knowledge of the ISO 9001 quality management systems standard would be a plus
