Your new roleWorking as part of a small team in the main office, duties will include:
- Answering calls to the reception phone line in a professional manner directing calls to departments as needed.
- Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and recording such enquiries for follow up.
- Emailing customers requesting payments and processing card payments.
- Responding to online reviews.
- Generating reports for distribution.
- Preparing sample and brochure enquiries.
- Placing sales orders.
- Checking and emailing interest free credit finance links to customers
- Meeting and greeting visitors to the site
- General office admin including post duties, filing, reconciliation of requests, amendments to orders etc.
