One of the Largest Wealth Management Firms, with 2000 employees globally and stunning offices around Europe. They are currently looking for their next diligent HR Operations Administrator to join a HR Team of 3.

Your new role

In your new row you will be responsible for: Managing full employee lifecycle, drafting contracts, updating HR database, conducting RTW checks, drafting offer and reference letters, responding to queries around employee benefits scheme and acting as first line of contact for the HR Operations team.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to be successful you will have previous experience in Professional or Financial Services, previous solid HR experience- managing full employee lifecyle, conducting RTW checks, coordinating and supporting HR projects and great experience in conducting general HR administration duties.

You will be a quick learner and be familiar with different HR systems (preferably Success Factors).
