Network Manager (Multi Level Marketing)

Position in this function are involved in developing market strategies to support products, drive membership/sales growth. Position to develop strategies and tactical plans to support consumer/member innovation, support new program launches, and combat competitive pressures. May analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs, and manage program/project budgets.

The executive is responsible for marketing and advertising, community relations, and promotional efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing strategic planning, product/service launch, communications development, direct marketing, relationship building, public relations oversight, digital marketing needs, community events and implementation of programs and services.

Primary Responsibilities

· Advertising and promotional efforts for all assigned subsidiaries

· Conceptualize and deliver research findings for marketing initiatives and develop collateral and other promotional materials in accordance with client’s strategic objective

· Work with internal departments and contracted provider groups to grow and manage the network

· Manage advertising budget; track and report on expenses.

· Comply with regulatory and company policies for marketing materials and communications

· Implement and coordinate new product launch in collaboration with sales strategies

· Keep informed of new or modified business strategies and act quickly to operationalize

· Ability to travel locally on occasion for offsite events and meetings

· Ability to work onsite in an office environment

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

· 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or in marketing

· Ability to manage multiple projects

· Skilled in exercising initiative, judgement, problem solving, decision making

· Skilled in developing and maintaining effective relationships with department, staff, Senior Management, vendors, payers, public

· Ability to analyze and interpret complex data

· Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports

· Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat

· Ability to monitor compliance standards

· Ability to travel locally on occasion for offsite events and meetings

· Ability to work onsite in an office environment

Preferred Qualifications

· 2+ years of experience supporting a network company

· Solid copy-editing, and written content development

· Proven strategic and critical thinking skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to interface effectively internally with all levels of staff including physicians, office staff, and patients

· Excellent problem-solving skills with effective follow through

· Solid verbal and written communications skills

· Bilingual language proficiency
