Direct Properties is looking for a closing agent to join our team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Closing agent must know how to make the buyer, seller, and lender complete the property sale transaction.
- Responsible for closing documents in accordance with RERA requirements and client instruction.
- Review work in progress report to ensure completion.
- Review of title commitment for clearance.
- Secure lender approval of loan closing documents.
- Address inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain open communication with team members and team leader.
- Confirm closing dates, location, documentation, and funds due at closing with borrowers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and specific time frames.
- Possess customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- All other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
- BBA in Real Estate or equivalent preferred.
- RERA Training.
- Practical work experience within real estate industry.
- Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation and closing.
- Proven customer service skill.
- Proficiency with personal computers.
- UAE driving license.
- Your own vehicle.
