National Key Account Executive

Danone Turkey is looking for a talented colleague for the “National Key Account Executive” position. Take this opportunity to GROW together!

In this role you will;

• Responsible for customer turnover, profit optimization, availability, and accessibility both online&offline
• Responsible for the management of Migros and Carrefour accounts
• Establishes and maintains effective relationship with an assigned group of Key Accounts
• Develop and implement joint business plans linking with ATL/BTL activities to meet customer & company objectives
• Collaborates across functions
• Investigate and integrate information about shopper and retailer to determine development opportunities for category
• Increase efficiency by optimization perspective.
• Regular buyer and store visits to deliver best in class in-store, online & CRM presence
• Plan & sell new initiatives

About You

To be able to successful in the role, you need to have;

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• 3-5 years of experience (1-2 years in National Key Account Management especially Migros or Carrefour account)
• Advanced negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driving license (B)- Active, able to travel
• Team player with a win-win negotiation approach
• Ambitious with a high desire for achievement
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high growth & changing environment
• Fluent in English
