YOUR responsibilities as a Legal Trainee will include (but not limited to)
- Contract life cycle management (“CLCM”)
- point of contact for contract status
- ensures internal approvals and signatures of contracts
- keeps evidence of the contracts
- archives and scans contracts
- reminds the business related to contract management
- let the business know if the contract expired and collect the newly managed contracts
- Legal research and follow up
About You
So what are we looking for?
- Ongoing Legal or Judicial Administration studies at a University (finished 1st year)
- Or Law Assistant Paralegal studies (finished 1st year)
- 20 hours/week availability (maximum 80 hours/month)
- Enthusiastic personality with a positive and pro-active mindset
- Precise and punctual hand in hand with monotone tolerance
- Languages fluent Hungarian & English
