A key role within a busy and ambitious team, the Multimedia Content Producer will support the creative development and delivery of education products and communications. This will enable the British Red Cross to continue building our innovative and unique educational offering to young people and adults, so that they – and their communities – can prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from adversity and thrive.

Is this the opportunity for you?**
As our Multimedia Content Producer, you’ll bring a creative eye and multimedia production skills to the table to help bring our education service to life, in keeping with our tone of voice and brand style. You’ll work with the Community Education team using agile methods to create exciting new video, photography and audio c ontent so that we can reach the individuals and communities that need our support the most.
As an organisation we are committed to developing coproduction methods in our work, so there will be opportunities for this to be weaved into your content creation.

The Community Education team develop learner-centric and evidence-based education products that develop people’s skills and confidence to contribute to community resilience, and act in a crisis. This is enabled by both face-to-face delivery and digital technology.
In the last year, Community Education reached more than a million learners through teaching resources, media, direct delivery and online learning routes.
We’re passionate about our vision; which is to improve the resilience of individuals and communities across the UK, so they can th rive. That’s why we want to provide humanitarian education that encourages kind and inclusive communities and equips individuals to prevent, prepare for, respond to and recover from adversity.
