Project Overview
AESA and PT. TRIPPCONS are implementing the European Union Public Policy and Outreach Partnership (EU POP), a two-year public diplomacy project from the EU Delegation to Indonesia, that aims to deepen the engagement of a multilateral organisation with Indonesian future leaders and relevant stakeholders in key policy areas across five thematic sectors, namely Environment and Climate Change; Higher Education and Research; Political Affairs and Human Rights; Economic Affairs, Trade, and Investment; and Culture and Media.
Roles and Responsibilities: Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist

Monitor the project���s success against indicators set under the project implementation contract.
Work with relevant team members to forecast success indicators set in each of the activity concept notes.
Handle the day-to-day management of the M&E system.
Create and ensure utilisation of data collection tools for each activity, including but not limited to survey forms.
Compile data gathered through different functions of the project and input data into the M&E system. This includes value for money, engaged stakeholders, engaged audiences, number of questions asked at an event, and others.
Analyse data against plan, budget, output and outcome to ensure healthy performance of the project.
Create and develop data infographics for reports, including: flash, activity, semester, annual, completion and others.
To provide analysed data, and provide quarterly numbers to help other functions to reflect and strategise forward.
Manage the M&E Expert on project deliverables.

Key Selection Criteria

A minimum of a bachelor���s degree or four years of relevant work experience.
Experience in developing monitoring and evaluation system for project activity.
Fluency in M&E tools, including Excel and Power BI as well as survey tools.
Knowledge of Microsoft excel, Microsoft Power BI, data analysis.
At least 3 years��� experience in Project Monitoring & Evaluation.
Strong writing and speaking skills in English and Indonesian.
Familiarity with public outreach activities would be an advantage.
