**Job Overview/Summary:**The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Program Coordinator, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for an Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) program, Switchboard. Switchboard is a one-stop resource hub for refugee service providers in the United States. Switchboard offers a library of learning resources, an online evidence database, a range of self-paced e-learning courses, regular live learning opportunities, and on-demand technical assistance for ORR-funded organizations. The Program Coordinator, M&E will be responsible for supporting the tracking, analysis, and visualization of all project outputs, outcomes, and objectives. The program coordinator will support reporting and act as the data liaison between Switchboard’s M&E team and Switchboard’s training team and sub-award partners. This staff person may be located anywhere in the United States.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support the tracking of all project outputs, outcomes, and objectives against targets.
  • Ensure consistent use of data collection tools by staff; monitor data quality and follow up on issues identified.
  • Coordinate with Switchboard partners to ensure the consistent use of data collection and management tools and monitor data quality.
  • Maintain project database to support efficient, accurate data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Support in visualizing program data used at bi-weekly meetings and quarterly data reviews and in reporting.
  • Support action planning meetings to ensure the program is on track.
  • Support monthly and semi-annual report development in collaboration with the M&E team and other Switchboard staff.
  • Support data collection activities through feedback surveys, the annual needs assessment, and the annual evaluation.
  • Support the analysis and interpretation of needs assessment and evaluation results.
  • As needed, support the development of M&E learning resources and opportunities, including certificate courses, webinars, written resources, etc.
  • As needed, support with responses to ongoing TA requests related to M&E topics.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated commitment to data-driven programming.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing M&E systems; developing surveys and other data collection tools; managing data; analyzing and visualizing data; and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing webinar/virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and/or Microsoft Teams.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience using cloud-based collaborative platforms like Airtable and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in creating interactive dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience with M&E in the context of ORR-funded refugee resettlement and integration programs
  • Demonstrated experience with participatory approaches to M&E and/or collection and incorporation of client feedback data into project implementation
  • Demonstrated experience providing technical assistance, capacity-building, and/or training related to monitoring and evaluation

Working Environment: Standard office and/or remote working environment. This role may require working remotely full or part-time and part-time remote employees may be required to share workspace.

Compensation: Posted pay ranges apply to US-based candidates. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, internal equity, and budget. Exact offers are calibrated by work location, individual candidate experience and skills relative to the defined job requirements.
