The Position
Our ability to drive above market growth hinges on the depth of its consumer insights and how well it translates those insights in to effective, commercial actions. To develop deeper understanding of customers and consumers online, the Mobile App Analytics Manager will employ a range of quantitative and qualitative techniques that are both innovative and pragmatic.
You will be an influential member of the Data and Analytics team – responsible for driving performance and change across the business.
Your focus will be developing relationships and ideas that will drive customer acquisition, engagement strategies and increase returns on investment.
This role sits in the Data and Analytics team reporting to the Senior Manager – Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:

Owning the Mobile App analytics agenda. Work across multiple customers and channels data sources to generate accurate performance diagnosis and insights. Offer suggestions and opportunities on where and how to grow the business;

Delivering valuable product usage and behavioral insights for the product teams to enable key product decisions and drive additional revenue

Work with BI team to create dashboards and continuously monitor data to drive insights into what is working and what is not working

Augmenting behavioral analytics with customer/CRM data, using appropriate integrations

Create cohorts, segment users and perform cohort analysis

Analyzing funnel and driving insights into how to improve conversions

Understanding and measuring how these align and is driving progress for our eCommerce KPIs

Identifying & testing new technology to deliver more detailed insights (e.g. hotspot analysis, path analysis, surveys)

Use complex sell out data to provide clear & concise analysis to help drive key learnings for subsequent seasons though strong analytics;
The Ideal Candidate:
-
+5 years experience in eCommerce; 4-6 years experience in Mobile App / Digital Analytics in online-focused business

Experience working with analytics tools such as , Adjust/GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, Heap, Firebase and similar tools.

Youll demonstrate an exceptionally high-level understanding of eCommerce, led from data;

Youll have a positive and consumer first mindset with an exceptional passion for winning combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for eCommerce; must seek and deliver fresh opportunities whilst demonstrating an ability to deliver as part of a team;

Outstanding analytical skills & attention to detail – ability to create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities; must be solutions orientated with an ability to flex in order to add value;

Ability to look at data and generate insights and actions to grow the business;

Strong communication and influencer skills are vital, as the position will place you at the heart of the business and interacting with a range of stakeholders;

Knowledge of SQL (ability to query)

Experience collaborating very closely with product managers and engineers

You will be highly consultative and motivated by an innate curiosity.
