Role Purpose

The ideal candidate for this role should be a University graduate or hold a Degree or Diploma in any Business-related courses. He/she must be having a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales of genuine & aftermarket spare parts in international markets, He/she should have the ability to solve problems, generate & deliver sales results, should have knowledge of preparing shipping documents as per Letter of Credit terms & conditions, within set timeframe and also to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and get revenue & margin for the company. International business and market knowledge in spare parts and accessories is essential. Work with the customer to identify market gaps in order to enhance sales. Analyse sales history and trends in order to promote product categories. Research and recommend prospects for new product sales. Maximize margins with in-depth analysis and market intelligence. Should have a valid UAE driving license.

Key Role Specific Accountabilities

  • To achieve and exceed sales & gross margin targets.
  • Target new and existing customers to optimize the brand penetration in the targeted customer group & sales channel.
  • To sell aged stock as per the company finance policies.
  • To supply the material to customers in line with company policies.
  • Regular monitoring of competitor’s activities, pricing & general market condition & VAT compliances.
  • Monitor team sales documents, sales orders, deliveries, invoices, customer cash arrangements, cash deposits are done on time and as per company standards & ensure VAT records/ documentations are maintained
  • Preparation of shipping documents with respect to Letter of Credit terms & conditions
  • Comply with company QHSE guidelines and SOPs and report all incidents to the manager

Person Specific

  • Candidates versed in Microsoft Office & SAP knowledge.
  • Knowledge of parts trade business and international markets.
  • Knowing multiple language would be an added advantage (French / Arabic and Russian)
