The candidate responsibility is to QA and to lead Scorch consultants in runbook migration, export runbooks from source Scorch, import runbooks Scorch, update runbooks for environmental changes (OU, group names, connection names, etc.), configure and test new runbooks based on shared services requirements.
– Experience in SCORCH Runbook designing as per the requirement.
– Knowledge on components of SCORCH and Architecture design.
– Installation and configuration of integration packs in the Orchestrator environment.
– Maintenance of SCORCH infrastructure environment.
– Runbook troubleshooting skills.
– Working experience in Orchestrator console.
– Experience in developing SCORCH runbooks as per the requirement.
– Experience in SCORCH implementation and integration in single and distributed environment.
– Experience in Runbook migration.
– Knowledge on HA in SCORCH environment.
– Knowledge on Datastore configuration in SCORCH.
– Experience in troubleshooting SCORCH environment issues.
– Knowledge on SCORCH web service.
– Experience in Logs maintenance and error handling in SCORCH.
– Knowledge and experience in server provisioning using SCORCH.
– Experience in working with ITSM and monitoring tool integration with SCORCH.
