Takaful Al Sham Charity is a non-governmental civil society organization devoted to alleviating the suffering and improving the sustainability mechanisms of conflict-affected population. Takaful Al Sham Charity partners directly with affected Syrian populations delivering humanitarian and development programs, Livelihood, Education, and Protection, to enable them to improve their living practices and their sustainability mechanisms.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Developing the work mechanism of the incubator and the fund, improving the services provided, setting work plans, and explaining them to the team, and tracking their indicators with them
2. Writing a profile, preparing, and presenting a presentation, and developing project marketing plans and development to suit the supporters
3. Develop a plan for project reports and models, supervise their preparation, and other relevant documents
4. Preparing the necessary disbursement plans for each stage
5. Develop and implement communication rules in proportion to the project
6. Provide periodic training for project staff and lending coordinators. Follow up on audit reports
7. Follow up the implementation of the work teams and solve their problems according to the approved plans and tasks
8. Communicate with service providers, including consultants and experts in Syria and Turkey, to provide their services through the Business and Projects Incubator
9. Holding meetings and meetings with supporters and other parties, marketing the project, following up on their requests, and developing a suitable project proposal for each of them
10. Represent the project and seek to build relationships that help in the development of the project
11. Follow up on project requests with other departments to implement them in the best way
12. Adjusting the loan portfolio to ensure full repayment rates and within the planned period
13. Conducting field visits
Required qualifications
Experiences related to microfinance programs to support small projects, economic empowerment, or business incubators
College degree
Thorough knowledge of project writing and financing proposals
Ability to lead, direct, coordinate, follow up, initiate and develop
Experience in financial aspects, budgeting and project management.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English, speaking and writing, at a very good level.
Proficiency with computers and various office programs at a very good level.
Communication, teamwork, and presentation skills
