What we’re looking for

We are looking for a MEAL officer to join our dynamic team to conduct monitoring and evaluation of healthcare-related humanitarian projects implemented in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

Create MEAL plan
Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools
Develop and conduct need assessment, monitoring and evaluation, feedback and complaint mechanism
Provide methodological support to the programme team
Process and analyse collected data, including writing reports
Document and disseminate lessons learned
Support MEAL capacity building

Candidates profile

Fluent English. Ukrainian or Russian is a big plus.
Good level of MS Office skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong organizational skills
Previous experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning or in research
Open for national and international candidates
