What we’re looking for
We are looking for a MEAL officer to join our dynamic team to conduct monitoring and evaluation of healthcare-related humanitarian projects implemented in Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Create MEAL plan
- Develop quantitative and qualitative data collection tools
- Develop and conduct need assessment, monitoring and evaluation, feedback and complaint mechanism
- Provide methodological support to the programme team
- Process and analyse collected data, including writing reports
- Document and disseminate lessons learned
- Support MEAL capacity building
Candidates profile
- Fluent English. Ukrainian or Russian is a big plus.
- Good level of MS Office skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning or in research
- Open for national and international candidates
