An opportunity has arisen to join a busy team ensuring the effective delivery of the MBA programme. The MBA Programme office as a whole is responsible for all operations and organisational aspects of the Cambridge MBA, including curriculum design and development, teaching material, coordination of and support to faculty, content maintenance of online teaching portal, assessments, examinations, degree regulations compliance, feedback, events, student services and pastoral care. The role holder will provide crucial support in areas such as programme administration, course delivery, financial administration, visa compliance and risk assessment.

Educated to A level standard or equivalent, the postholder will have experience and knowledge of administration within a Higher Education environment. The successful candidate will be a team player and will have strong general administrative skills and experience in a customer facing role. Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure are a pre-requisite of the role. Strong IT skills are essential.
