Material Requirement Planner Bioconjugates (f/d/m)

Perform all duties to ensure the Materials Requirements Plans are completed to ensure the timely availability of materials to support the product Supply Plan

Responsible to liaise with all key functions to ensure timely updates to material plans considering changes to plans or material availability issues

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall detailed schedule for the BioConjugates products
• Track, report and facilitate on-time material availability including testing and release for shipment/customers
• Transactional:
• Create, track and maintain the short-term schedules to provide visibility to defined departments to drive short-term execution of plans
• Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realistic within relevant constraints and latest information
• Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource (facility/suite, equipment, staff, materials etc.) utilization
• Drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow optimal use of system scheduling functionality
• Review MRP output data (red light), escalate issues as appropriate
• Converts Planned Orders to Process Orders

Key Requirements

• Degree in SCM, Procurement or any relevant discipline
• Experience in SCM, Materials Planning/Scheduling and/or Purchasing
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good communication and presentation skils
• Fluency in German and English is required
• Strong Team Player and able to work across cross-functional team
