Marketing Communications Specialist

This position has an integral role on the team providing support and completing work to further internal and external communications.

What you will do:

  • Assist in preparing all necessary research for building extensive corporate strategies
  • Maintain and update editorial calendars
  • Coordinate execution of internal and external communications including press releases, e-blasts, organization updates, etc.
  • Liaise with other departments to facilitate collaboration among departments
  • Help with the execution of internal and external events

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Relations or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the fields of finance, tech, or e-commerce
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to navigate in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively as part of a team
