Our client which is has a high-end service platform integrating entertainment, leisure, catering, business negotiations, cultural exchanges, cocktail parties, SPA health and living private spaces, butler management and elite member alliance life circles, and urban fame and wealth incubation Circle Spa located in Pasay.
Responsibilities:
- Cash reconciliation and Monitoring expense payments
- Accounts receivable aging and sales reconciliation
- Prepayment and fixed assets lapsing schedule
- Income tax calculation and government requirement filings
- Monthly closing and reports preparation
- Creation of Accounting & Finance Policies and manuals
- GL and SL maintenance
- Proficient in Tax matters
- Any other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy ONLY
- Preferably CPA but not required
- 3~5 years’ experience in accounting & finance reporting
- Preferably have experience in spa/ restaurant but not required
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel/PPT software
- Proficient in SAP/Oracle/Quickbooks/Xero
- Good in leadership skills
- Strong in logical thinking and analytical skill
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- Willing to work onsite
