- Works closely with and assists Assembly and Engineering departments on assembly cell related projects.
- Work with and assist assembly operators in improving machine efficiency.
- Lead project teams or work groups in developing improvement and efficiency opportunities.
- Conduct data collecting exercises and machine studies.
- Attend and participate in daily/weekly plant operations meetings.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Strong analytical skills and motivation
- Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
Required Experience
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
