  • Works closely with and assists Assembly and Engineering departments on assembly cell related projects.
  • Work with and assist assembly operators in improving machine efficiency.
  • Lead project teams or work groups in developing improvement and efficiency opportunities.
  • Conduct data collecting exercises and machine studies.
  • Attend and participate in daily/weekly plant operations meetings.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced/dynamic environment
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting 
  • Strong analytical skills and motivation 
  • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office

Required Experience

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
