Intern – Human Resources

Traditionally, students complete their internships during the summer; however, we have opportunities for you to obtain hours toward internship requirements during the school year. We offer a flexible schedule to work around your college classes and you may work up to 20 hours a week!

You should verify with your professor or department of study prior to accepting an intern position to ensure the hours worked will satisfy your internship requirements. We can assist you by supplying a job description of the position.

General Description Of Position

Design and deliver training to reach predetermined objectives by engaging in a variety of techniques that will best suit the learner.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Communicate information to employees and respond to questions relating to training.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports.
• Coordinate project related tasks as assigned by team.
• Enroll employees in training and coordinate accommodations as needed.
• Update training material as advised.
• Update intranet site with current data.
• File and maintain records.
• Prepare materials for trainers and attendees.

Perform Any Other Related Duties As Required Or Assigned.
