Net2Source is seeking a Managing Director for our operations in Europe. This individual must have in-depth knowledge of contingent staffing business and familiarity to local taxes, compliances, and employment laws.

The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and execution areas to implement initiatives to better the organization. To succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on a range of responsibilities including hiring and training, implementing programs, and acting as the leader for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing the sales and recruitment delivery team and work with existing customers/potential clients to build successful relationships
  • Setting up weekly and monthly targets for the teams based on well-defined objectives and achieving the same.
  • Extensive knowledge of local labor laws, compliance, employment laws for EMEA and UK
  • Responsible for growth, maintenance, development, and profitability of N2S business in EMEA and UK
  • Prepare business plan and budget for practice and responsible for leading staff to reach the financial objectives set.
  • Responsible for identifying, recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, motivating (and terminating) branch personnel.
  • Increase market share by leading and overseeing operations, sales, marketing, training, and recruiting efforts in region.
  • Develop solutions regarding customer-related issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the business process flow, including recruiting, compliances, reference checks, and the staff follow-up of associates on assignment.
  • Responsible for guiding the targeting, business development process ensuring the appropriate business mix to reach business goals.
  • Conduct delivery operations audits. (i.e. job order accuracy, lost and canceled job orders, credit check compliance)
  • Responsible for client and employee retention.
  • Conduct weekly staff and training meetings as well as periodic business review meetings.
  • Administer staff performance evaluations and salary/incentive reviews.
  • Lead sales efforts for the new client acquisition and manage existing client’s delivery and operations
  • Build account plans to optimize existing contracts while consistently identifying new target clients and build account acquisition strategies to position our client as a new supplier/client partner through research, relationship development, client meetings.
  • Create strategic plan to scale our solutions by diversifying our service offerings
  • Be an expert in all the company’s capabilities, our client’s industries, current trends, and solutions
  • Manage RFP process for opportunities in pipeline; will require extensive business proposal writing skills and creativity in developing and communicating solutions
  • Present our brand via in-person presentations and meetings, phone conferences, and on-line presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close opportunities
  • Attend quarterly industry conferences to develop leads, networking opportunities, and develop relationships
  • Expand and integrate the entire portfolio of services within existing accounts, coordinating cross-division communication, management, and delivery of our services for customers
  • Cultivate and expand existing portfolio of select accounts through regular communication, quarterly business reviews, and executive/senior level client visits
  • Collaborate personal sales efforts with local office and regional sales teams
  • Monitor delivery in accordance with contractual SLAs in concert with all regional staff

Required Experience

  • Must have 15+ years of experience in building, selling and managing IT Contingent Staffing, Payroll, PEO/EOR in EMEA and UK.
  • Agency experience is required
  • Must have a valid work visa to work in UK
  • Must be able to hire and build local delivery centers
  • Must have experience working with hybrid recruiting delivery model (onsite/offshore).
  • Must be able to represent the organization well with existing and prospective clients.
  • Must have an entrepreneur quality to lead the local business without handholding.
