This position will be a key member of the IT Core Services Team, with a focus on Salesforce optimization advancement to streamline processes and increase efficiencies across all PSI’s Global Business Services departments.

PSI seeks a Manager, Salesforce Operations that will manage day-to-day operations of PSI’s Salesforce-based solutions. This job will collaborate with different departments at headquarters and globally to keep systems relevant and support department needs while evaluating and implementing new features.

Responsibilities****Your contributions

-Work with staff across departments to understand program needs / business rules and then configure / customize Salesforce to meet business requirements. Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce workflows, process builders, approval processes, customized reports and dashboards for analytics, and other configurations based on departmental and user needs. Set up and manage configuration changes focusing on automation and maintainability. Oversee configuration change management plans to ensure continuity of operations across all Salesforce solutions. 60% of Time -Define, communicate, and execute a data quality process to manage data health including standardization, completeness, and validity that drive key business decisions. 15% of Time -Prepare and implement upgrades and seasonal releases across all of PSI’s Salesforce solutions. Stay abreast of updates, develop release strategies, manage sandbox testing, ensure PSI’s Salesforce users understand new features and functionality, and provide training as needed. 10% of Time -Manage all aspects of user, security and access, and license management across all of PSI’s Salesforce solutions. Develop and implement a comprehensive user management strategy that incorporates best practice when assigning profiles, roles, and data access. 5% of Time -Build Salesforce capacity across PSI. Design and deliver in-person or remote training, identify and disseminate helpful learning content, and mentor Salesforce users. 5% of Time -Work with outside vendors to enhance system functionality. 5% of Time

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

-At least 10 years of related experience and Salesforce Administrator Certification. Candidates without a Salesforce Administrator Certification must have at least 5 years of experience as a super user or Salesforce Administrator with documented Trailhead experience (including the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist and the Business Administration Specialist Superbadges).

-Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted (e.g., Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience is acceptable).

-Familiarity with the NPSP application and Salesforce Lightning interface preferred.

-Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) preferred. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to proactively identify opportunities, diagnose and troubleshoot problems, translate business requirements into technical requirements, and implement client-centered and evidence-based solutions. -Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities. -Able to quickly master new systems and technology. -Strong customer service, relationship building/management, and written and verbal communication skills. -Strong training development and facilitation skills with an ability to adjust content for audiences of varying skill and seniority levels. -Proficient in Excel (e.g., advanced skills with pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs and other formulas). -Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and with cross-functional teams across various time zones globally.
