Manager of Digital Marketing

Operation Blessing (OB) is seeking an experienced Manager of Digital Marketing to manage digital media and marketing initiatives including, marketing and fundraising campaigns, media development and creation, digital platform management, and digital media staff. This talented professional will oversee and create compelling and persuasive media that will inspire, promote and fundraise to meet Operation Blessing’s humanitarian goals.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Strong integrated media marketing experience
• Management skills with ability to lead, train and motivate assigned integrated media team members
• Experience in fundraising and marketing campaigns and content development
• Strong knowledge of website content development
• Strong ability to facilitate and create integrated media projects (print or online)
• Strong writing, editing, interviewing, research, proofreading and photography skills
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and related software
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Detail oriented with big picture thinking and creative problem solving skills
• High initiative to collaborate and contribute to the creative process
• Self-motivated with ability independently as well as an effective member of a high-energy, creative team
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with OB staff and outside public
• Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Knowledge of digital platforms such as WordPress, MobileCause, Funraise, etc. a plus
