Job Purpose:

Creating awareness of TRRAIN and marketing TRRAIN’s Programs & Projects. Promoting TRRAIN’s Livelihood Programs [for persons with disabilities and women], Retail Employees Day, TRRAIN Retail Awards, and all new initiatives, including Fundraising activities.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Plan and develop marketing and engagement campaigns/activities for 
  • TRRAIN’s Livelihood Programs – Pankh Wings of Destiny & TRRAINHer Ascent, 
  • Fundraising initiatives, 
  • Annual events like Retail Employees’ Day, TRRAIN Retail Awards, Marathon, etc.
  • New ventures like Kirana transformation 
  • Raise Surplus funds for the trust via Marketing Initiatives
  • Put TRRAIN’s audiences at the heart of all marketing initiatives and drives
  • Design and deliver creative, multi-channel marketing plans
  • Help identify opportunities for PR-based projects that focus on increasing awareness/audience growth/engagement/fundraising for the Trust
  • Manage the website and social media interfaces
  • Oversee external vendors and agencies including digital marketing, designers, printers, and photographers, as necessary
  • Organize and manage special events
  • Oversee partnerships with organizations in the retail and allied industries, to help build and nurture the TRRAIN brand

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) 
  • Is result oriented
  • Good interpersonal skills and relationship management
  • Ability to adapt and work with cross-functional teams
  • Very strong background of connecting with people and strong influencing skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement
