Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager Mobiltiy will oversee all related practices to Immigration, Global Mobility, Relocation and Travel. The position will also provide consultation and collaboration across the full spectrum of Human Resources complicance issues, immigration, and providing feedback to and linkage with all functional components of Human Resources.

Specific Responsibilities:

Immigration and Mobility, Leadership

  • Owner of US employment policies and responsible for Global Immigration and Visa support
  • Owner of the Global Travel vendor relationship to ensure it is meeting the expected quality standards and ensuring the full approval processes are captured
  • Support the Global Mobility Advisor in ensuring the direct relationship and policies, practices, and the relationshihp with third-party payrolls/ PEOs are meeting the needs of CRS
  • Responsible for proactive, preventative and multi-lingual US and global policy communications and education
  • Coordinate with analytics team to produce a Leadership-focused dashboard of Employee Mobility trends

General Responsibilities

  • With a One Agency lens, serve as the primary decision-maker for the Global Policy mainteance, effectively managing conflicting approaches to the benefit of the overall project
  • At all stages, coordinate effectively with HR Leadership, Core Team, COE colleagues, and the SI, and ensure all necessary input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for the most accurate and effective results
  • Drive collaboration between the Global HR partners, business units, as well as within these functions, to foster the integration that CRS is seeking
  • Strive to minimize disruptions that may arise in the CRS business environment as a result of implementing a new policy and the change management
  • Develop and maintain deep business process and industry best practice knowledge within functional compliance areas
