Your role
Are you an expert in business support? Do you want to apply your organizational skills to ensure our business runs smoothly?

We’re looking for a Management Support Officer in the Vice Chairs Office to:

  • manage calendars, including scheduling of appointments with internal and external participants across multiple time zones
  • handle professional phone, e-mail and formal written communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • pro-actively propose and organize travel arrangements and itineraries in coordination with the markets and in alignment with cross-border rules
  • follow up independently on actions out of client meetings, including the coordination with Client Advisors and other specialists of Global Wealth Management or other divisions
  • support the Vice Chair Office in ongoing business management tasks, including requests from GWM senior management, and other ad-hoc requests on a broad selection of topics like case analysis, research, and project work

Your team
We are professionals in the Vice Chairs Office with the goal to support the Vice Chairs in their mission to develop the relationship with the most sophisticated Global Wealth Management clients. Beside administrative tasks we support and drive client projects and act as a coordinator between the market and the Vice Chairs to align the market strategy.

Your expertise

  • proven track record in administration and executive level support, including coordination of meetings with various participants and travel arrangements
  • experience about the nature of the Global Wealth Management, GFIW, UHNW or IB businesses and the needs of the relating clientele
  • well organized, fast-thinker and independent person who enjoys to manage administrative challenges of a senior manager
  • ability to keep an overview and to prioritize tasks in stressful situations
  • confident in dealing with people at all seniority levels and across the globe
  • enthusiastic and flexible team player with a high level of professionalism
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of German or other major language is an advantage
