Job Description

• Manage and mentor the Maintenance site staff organisation and performance to meet management targets
• Manage the site team on productivity, cost control, programme, quality, EHS and site security
• Implement, review and approve weekly reports on defect rectification status to the Management
• Liaise with Client, Consultants, Authorities and external parties (such as Home Owners and public in general, if need be)
• Prepare maintenance budget for defect clearance
• Approve and verify subcontractors and suppliers’ quotations and claims
• Approve Material and Plant Requisition
• Implement systems for recording instructions and works under VO

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: At least 3 years of building and civil engineering experience
• Experience in structural and architectural works and finishing would be an added advantage
• Familiar with maintenance works during DLP period would be an added advantage
