Job Description
- Manage and mentor the Maintenance site staff organisation and performance to meet management targets
- Manage the site team on productivity, cost control, programme, quality, EHS and site security
- Implement, review and approve weekly reports on defect rectification status to the Management
- Liaise with Client, Consultants, Authorities and external parties (such as Home Owners and public in general, if need be)
- Prepare maintenance budget for defect clearance
- Approve and verify subcontractors and suppliers’ quotations and claims
- Approve Material and Plant Requisition
- Implement systems for recording instructions and works under VO
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience: At least 3 years of building and civil engineering experience
- Experience in structural and architectural works and finishing would be an added advantage
- Familiar with maintenance works during DLP period would be an added advantage
