Logistician – Kosovo

Consultancy position, total duration of 20 days between February 5 and March 30 2024, based in Kosovo. This role has been advertised as Location Serbia however this is due to there not being a selection for Kosovo. The location is Kosovo.

Integrity leads the Peacebuilding, Evaluation, Analysis, Research, and Learning (PEARL) Activity for the USAID Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization’s Center for Conflict and Violence Prevention (CPS/CVP). Through PEARL, Integrity is conducting a Violence and Conflict Assessment (VCA) for USAID/Kosovo. We are seeking an experienced Logistician who will be the primary focal point for all logistical and procurement matters on this activity.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, in a relevant field and at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the humanitarian or international development field. With excellent organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to deliver logistics support in a similar context, they will have experience working in Kosovo and the right to work there, plus oral and written fluency in English and in either Serbian or Albanian.

The Logistician will attend meetings requested by Integrity or USAID and coordinate on travel-related matters, including providing regular updates, communicating critical information to the local team, and compiling official documentation. They will report to the Team Leader and ensure that work meets USAID practices and policies, especially in areas of logistical, procurement, and administrative support.
