·Carry out procurement for goods and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures and donor requirements ·Identify sources for supplies and services, send out requests for quotations, and complete all procurement documents in a timely and accurate manner (purchase requisition forms, requests for quotations, goods received notes, delivery notes, etc.) ·Develop and maintain a database for suppliers /vendors for reference purposes and conduct regular market surveys on prices. ·Prepare a price database for the frequently needed and expected items and update it with actual prices of the market on weekly basis and share it with the meant staff to be used by the staff for filling PRs. |
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Organize the daily and weekly movement planning;
Supervise the drivers, and report any problem to the Base Logistician
Ensure follow-up of the fleet (repairs, maintenance, use) ;
Manage the administrative issues for fleet (rental contracts, insurance, and other documents).
Manage the Transportation of goods in and out.
Responsible for the ICT equipment’s and ensure the procedures and follow the policy.
Ensure installation, maintenance, repairs of the equipment (including computers, printers and photocopy machine as needed).
Manage the archiving of Equipment documents.
Keep record of running cost & maintenance of printers / photocopiers and other ICT equipment
