Overview of position:
Protracted conflict in Yemen has not only caused widespread damage & displacement but also significantly reduced livelihood opportunities & food security. Weaknesses within community institutions & local authority have eroded the social contract between them, whilst marginalization of communities’ further limits access to services & social cohesion.
