Leadership & Management Skills Coach

New World Recruitment Ltd

Job Description

Leadership & Management Skills Coach

It’s not often these roles come along….. ok, if you’re already in the Apprenticeship delivery market you’ll know that’s a fib. The leadership & management programmes are still in high demand, which means so are the coaches and trainers to facilitate the delivery.

So why should you consider this employer?

You’ll be working with a training provider who have both ‘Main Provider’ and ‘Employer provider’ status. A smaller business (circa 20 heads), they formed a few years ago, and it’s in the past few years, despite covid, that they’ve really flourished and grown.

Winning employers contracts, and gain main provider status has really allowed them to excel.

Their own hiring strategy is unique compared to most FE providers also, in the fact that they look to hire from both inside and outside of the education sphere. The wider business boasts a good mix of education and commercial L&D staff, both from an SME and corporate stand point, which brings a wealth of new ideas and different cultures into the business that is in turn parted on to clients and learners to offer best in class service.

They have a good team balance, ultimately people stay and they stay for good reasons – well paid (up to £35k for this one plus car allowance) hybrid/Remote working, very social and inclusive team from top to bottom.

So more on the role …

You will be joining an existing team that are spread across the UK delivering level 5 Apprenticeships in Ops, Facilities, and Project management – the focus for this one is Leadership & Management, or the Ops Departmental standard.

Blended learning delivery model, which will mainly be remote and virtual learning for learners. However, they always offer the option for face to face observations/meeting if it’s in the learners benefit. So although you’ll predominantly be home based, there could still be some travel with this one.

They are working with a range of businesses, including a handful of well known names in the UK across facilities and leisure/hospitality management.

A big factor of attraction for this role will be the people in the business – the core role is similar to many of the roles we know in the sphere, but unique parts will be around this bespoke curriculum that is designed and delivered for clients. They use modern learning technology to create an engaging learning environment for their clients, which helps high levels of commitment to learning.

The role is available now, and will interview sharpish.
