As our Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), you are the first point of contact for our candidates and the hiring managers. Working independently, you are responsible for the number of incoming applications, the entire recruitment process and for offering an excellent candidate experience to our potential new colleagues.

• Being the first contact person for our potential new colleagues within the customer service departments
• Selecting candidates and having first conversations to tell them about JustEatTakeaway.com and the job
• Planning and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Providing feedback to the candidates – rejections and offer making
• Keeping the candidates always informed about the status of their application process
• Providing them with a first-class experience while being in touch with JustEatTakeaway.com
• Maintaining the relationship with the hiring managers and keeping them updated about the process
• Together with the team members working on hiring reports and supporting the department with administrative activities related to the works council approval

Can you deliver…

Ready to become our new Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Customer Service (m/w/d)? Show off your talent:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, operations, customer service project manager, event management or related fields
• Initial knowledge in recruitment / HR is an advantage, but not a must
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives
• Strong customer management skills with ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers
• Strong skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and organization
• Strong aptitude in prioritizing and executing in high change environment with tight deadlines
