Roles & rresponsibilties:
-Prepare resolutions, minutes of meetings and ancillary documents.
-Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
-Maintenance of statutory registers and submission of statutory returns.
-Preparation and maintaining accounts and accounting records for the portfolio of clients which includes monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, MAS reporting, GST reporting and payment administration in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements.
-Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (i.e. monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission).
-Preparation of clients’ deliverables (i.e. Management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration, MAS and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director’s Report).
