Your mission
The marketing strategy team is responsible to develop the clear marketing roadmap that delivers against the Brand objectives and fulfils or exceeds the target customer and market needs 

The team is responsible to develop and manage the process that consolidates and orchestrates the marketing strategic planning. The team develops the framework, sets the required objectives, and works closely with all of the marketing teams to develop the targets and metrics for success.
The key tasks for this role are;Manages and implements the Strategic planning process, co-ordinating key gates and managing stakeholders
Defines required inputs in collaboration with Senior manager, collects inputs and provides relevant templates and guidance to ensure the right information is gathered
Prepares all content, collates presentations and gives initial thoughts
Acts as interface to all teams on Process topics
Supports Senior Manager as and when needed
Ad hoc project management

Your profileSuccessfully completed degree in economics, marketing, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on marketing strategy, statistics and data modelling
At least one year of professional experience in marketing strategy and development
An understanding of marketing, sales, customer and market metrics analysis
Good knowledge of data collection, preparation, and analysis
High level of initiative in analyzing and developing marketing reports and insights
Strong team orientation, ability to analyze as well as work independently and result-oriented
Very good knowledge of MS Office (Powerpoint and word)
Very good written and spoken English skills, German is a strong plus
Retail industry knowledge is an advantage
