Your mission

Lead and develop international scope of Social Media Strategy, Brand and lifestyle collaborations and Fashion PR (for the Peek& Cloppenburg Group)
Responsible for setting overlaying brand standards and guidelines for Country Hubs in close cooperation with the CH Headquarters and the German Key Market
Envision global communication fields, as well as opportunities for Co-ops & Co-branding and coordinate with day-to-day management of all other marketing disciplines: Digital, Social, PR, Event and retail
Own the communications and advertising specific budgets and spending strategies to insure communication activities are developed with regional use and implementation issues in mind
Hire, onboard and further develop the international team within the CH organization with direct or indirect reporting line
Ensure the market standards stays on top of the fields in terms of multi brand content trends and omni-channel full funnel campaigning. Eager to implement new creative and innovative ideas, together with the team as early adopter
Track the success of marketing communications efforts within key markets, subsidiaries and countries to ensure learning’s and future implementation

Your profile

7+ years of professional experience in marketing and communication fields, experience in the fashion and lifestyle wholesale segment is a plus
Superior organizational, leadership and mentoring skills as well as strong communication skills
Strong understanding and ability to hire and develop great creatives and communicators
Passion for communication opportunities in all its forms, from event, photo to video to graphics to emerging social media
Strong affinity for digital trends and KPI set up and reporting skillset
Fluent language skills in English, German is a plus
