We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our team, playing a key role in delivering business solutions within Supply Chain Management. In this position, you will be the primary advisor on business process automation and streamlining, ensuring successful project execution. Reporting to the B2B & Logistics Business Solutions Lead, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from gathering requirements to delivering solutions and supporting post-launch operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, document, and test business applications that integrate smoothly with our existing IT infrastructure, focusing on Supply Chain Management.
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for new project implementations or changes.
  • Serve as the bridge between Business and IT teams.
  • Lead project analysis and vendor selection processes in partnership with the Business Solutions Lead.
  • Organize and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope, including managing planning, timelines, budget, resources, risks, approvals, and change control.
  • Champion the standardization, simplification, and automation of business processes.
  • Prepare and present updates to the Steering Committee.
  • Effectively manage project costs and schedules.
  • Lead project teams, including business users, business analysts, and developers.
  • Communicate and engage with stakeholders at all levels, from local users to senior management.
  • Explore and propose IT solutions that align with the strategic IT roadmap.

Essential Skills And Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong background in business analysis and business process re-engineering.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) in supply chain processes, including Inventory Management & Logistics.
  • Experience with ERP systems projects, ideally with JD Edwards Oracle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German and/or Dutch is advantageous.
