SOSi is seeking an IT Specialist to join a medical support services program in Iraq in support of our U.S. government customer. The IT Specialist will facilitate providing IT support throughout Iraq for the entire program.

• Provides IT support throughout Iraq for the entire contractual program.
• Performs server patching.
• Supports VoIP phones and understanding Call Manager functions.
• Supports Wireless communications.
• Designs and maintains cabling infrastructure.
• Coordinates network changes with internal staff and subcontractors as required.
• Working with monitoring systems.
• Performs IT help desk functions.
• Assists with the planning, implementation, and supporting of the network platform and with the installation and maintenance of various Local Area Networks’ hardware and software infrastructure.
• Assists with analyzing requirements for the computer and network systems technology and reviewing available vendor offerings. 

• Required and able to obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).

• Associate degree from an accredited college/university.

• Certification in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
• Must have relevant experience for at least six months out of the past year.
