Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and software.
- 10 years of experience in logistics operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fluency in written and oral English.
Tasks
- Manage and maintain the organization’s IT systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the IT infrastructure.
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning properly.
- Manage inventory of IT equipment and supplies.
- Assist with the procurement of IT and logistics equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including transportation and inventory management.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for IT and logistics functions.
- Train and support staff on IT and logistics procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by the CEO.
This post will be under the direct supervision of CRD, CEO deputy. Coordination and collaboration will take place with the Administration and Programs departments.
This is a full-time position. This is position is based Lebanon. Candidates will be interviewed on a rolling basis.
