IT Coordinator

Polish Humanitarian Action - Polska Akcja Humanitarna

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of needs and indicating directions for development of IT tools and infrastructure
  • Creating and ensuring application of IT standards within organization (HQ and missions)
  • IT budget management (planning, monitoring, purchasing, supplier contracting)
  • Cooperation with suppliers aimed at ensuring appropriate parameters of IT services
  • Conducting user training (HQ and missions) in area of using PAH IT infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Full proficiency (C1) in spoken and written English
  • Have previous professional experience in a similar position and practical knowledge of ITIL/DevOps, PMBoK/PRINCE2, ISO 27001 standards
  • Strong interpersonal & analitical skills;
  • Willingness to gain experience in the humanitarian sector
  • Desire to develop skills to improve your work performance
