Join the Sunrise Clinical Management SCM Operations Support team in delivering quality service in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. You have a keen interest in providing optimum customer support, contributing to the success of a team highly driven to ensure optimal system performance and continuous improvement to our support model and service to our clients and peers. As the IT Analyst you will be expected to: Support Sunrise Clinical Manager Acute, Ambulatory, and SEC modules. Support Custom Apps created Tabs: Schedule Tab, Netcare Tab and EMIS Tab. Support and Monitor Interfaces (Clinibase, DI, LAB, MUSE, UCMG and AHS eScription, CBOARD). Manage Log Monitor and HL7 error message. Collaborate with other AHS Teams and Vendors to perform Hotfixes, Security Patches, Database and Vendor Maintenance. Incident, Problem and Change Management. Data Integrity Clean-Up (Client Errors, Interface Failures). Unit Move Coordination, Workstation and Printer Configurations. Client Request for Service Line. Provide input to moderately sized project teams and clinical staff for the purpose of completing projects. Advise clinical programs and IT departments on current application capabilities. Contribute recommendations for continuous improvement of SCM application and support model. Work collaboratively with the SCM teams to ensure timely and effective support to our clients. 24×7 after hours On-call Rotation. Monthly rotation working night shift during SCM Maintenance Windows.

Description:

As an IT Analyst II, you will provide technical support related to information technology applications either directly to users of the systems or to service delivery functions. You will ensure reliable operations of information systems, resolve complex technical problems, find solutions to customer needs, and lead projects and program initiatives. You will be responsible for more advanced application, telecom or technology support duties. You will investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex problems that have typically been escalated several levels before assignment to this position, and will translate business requirements into technical requirements for a solution and recommend a potential approach to the vendor. You will analyse the solution provided to ensure that it fits both technical requirements and business needs. You will also spend time on project or initiative leadership and delivery.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent Diploma in information technology or related SCM experience. Strong analytical skills. Ability to problem solve and manage incidents in a high stress, and fast paced environment. Effective communication and written skills. Strong documentation skills. Work independently and as a Team player. Excellent client support skills. Knowledge of Clinical Connect Care Application.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of HL7 messaging, SharePoint, SQL and ITIL certified would be an asset. Proficiency Designation with Connect Care.
