Your tasks
- Independent planning and implementation of a variety of creative content marketing measures on our online channels
- Development of own ideas and possible trends for new projects, especially in the area of social media
- Management of our finish Instagram account @koro_fi
- Maintenance of recipes in the Food Journal
- Taking responsibility for your own projects
- Creating editorial content such as Instagram stories, Facebook posts or grading sections
- Performance in front of and behind the camera
- You support your team in the operational business of influencer management
- Acquisition: You identify new influencers, negotiate and conclude cooperations
- Develop the relationship between us and our influencers
- Evaluation of results: coordinate, monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns
Your profile
- (Ongoing) studies in the field of marketing, communication, journalism, business, language, etc. advantageous, but not a must – career changers welcome!
- Your heart beats for Finland, you speak and write the language fluently on a native level. You have good German and English knowledge
- For smooth processes it is necessary that you are on site in Berlin or at least nearby
- Previous experience in digital marketing is an advantage
- Independent working style, ability to work under pressure and a strong team spirit
- Reliable and diligent work style
- Commitment and openness, strategic thinking and willingness to learn as well as friendliness and critical thinking
- Extensive understanding of media (classic as well as online)
- You keep up to date with current media and trends
- You are well-versed in social media, especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
- You are articulate and can translate your creative ideas into both written and visual form
- You are ideally familiar with Photoshop and/or Canva
- You have an eye for aesthetics
