Your tasks

You are fluent in French and speak some German as well as very good English? You already have some experience in customer service or sales, and would love to represent KoRo on the French market with a smile on your face? Then our French sales team is waiting for you! Your tasks would include:

  • Monitoring of B2B relationships:
    • Handling inquiries from interested parties
    • Advise B2B customers, negotiate and close deals
    • Order follow up
  • Communication with existing business partners
  • B2B Customer support via ticket system and telephone for France
  • Process returns and complaints, arrange refunds
  • Maintenance of customer master data

Your profile

  • You are looking for a compulsory internship for 5-6 months starting in September
  • (Ongoing) studies in the economic or linguistic field
  • Fluent French (C2), good written and spoken English, and some German
  • You are communicative and friendly in dealing with customers
  • You can work independently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • You feel comfortable working in a creative, motivated and international team
  • Food is your passion
  • You are willing to learn, curious, and committed
  • You represent the philosophy of KoRo and wish to contribute to the success of the brand on the French market.
