Internship at Global Finance Transformation & Strategy

You are interested in finance strategy and want to take a look behind the scenes of an international healthcare company while you are studying? Then support our finance team starting from now for 6 months. You will get the chance to support us on global finance strategy projects as well as on the global process ownership day-to-day tasks. You can interact with multiple domains to know End-to-end of business and work in an international work environment.

Your challenge in detail

  • You will organize the business communication for the business process management
  • Furthermore, you will support us in finance projects
  • The documentation of global processes (Finance & Controlling) as well as the participation in and documentation of global process workshops will also be part of your tasks
  • Even more: you will translate processes into Celonis (process mining tool, digital finance) with suitable KPIs
  • In addition, you will develop a concept for an enhanced global finance SharePoint as well as for enhanced global finance trainings
  • Furthermore, you will also be responsible for organizing team meetings
  • The creation and organization of documentation libraries will also be part of your diverse tasks
  • Last but not least, you can support our team by creating and updating SOPs
  • Current studies (End of Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Computer Science or similar
  • Experience with finance processes and/or in the area of finance strategy would be advantageous
  • Interest in new technologies, e. g. Process Mining or RPAs is desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as good communication skills
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking
  • Good knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Very good language skills in English (written and spoken), German skills desirable
