YOUR TEAM

For the department Skill & Competence Factory we are looking for an intern / working student for the project Vendor Landscape. We create and provide a transparent learning ecosystem adapted to the company’s strategic goals with a variety of formats and methods. The team of “Traning Management” involves in the implementation of qualifications and learning paths, the support in the planning, purchasing and organization of trainings.

What You Will Do

  • You will be part of the project “Vendor Landscape” in a cross functional team
  • Analyzing and clustering skill needs
  • Market research of potential Vendors
  • Development of a Vendor Map with focus on Skill Cluster
  • Supporting the purchasing process for framework contracts
  • Supporting the planning and organization of trainings

Who You Are

  • Good to very good academic performance
  • Enrolled student (or bachelor’s graduate starting master’s program as soon as possible)
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • High level of detail and analytical skills
  • Team player
  • Fluent in German and English

    • Duration: 3 to 6+ months
    • 35-hour weeks
  • Working Student
    • Duration: 6 months
    • 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
