Responsibilities:
§ Handling administrative and recruiting projects.
§ Oversee database management.
§ Contribute to the develop of a business development strategy; supporting search assignments and business development.
§ Assist in the creation of client reports with strong attention to detail.
§ Strong time management skills; Ability to prioritize daily and project-related tasks relative to deadlines.
Qualifications/Experience:
§ Experience working in a professional, highly confidential office environment is a must.
§ Proficiency in database usage and online research necessary. Knowledge of online tools including: LinkedIn, Hoovers, ZoomInfo, Reuters, and various search engines. Computer Skills – proficiency in Excel required, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and strong keyboard skills necessary.
§ Strong administrative and communication skills. Effective and clear verbal communication on the phone and in person is necessary.
§ Energetic, exuberant personality and an interest in jumping into administrative and recruiting projects and learning about a variety of industries and functions is required.
§ Strong time management skills; Ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines and manage challenging expectations.
