International Product Operations Intern (m/f/x)

The role

From day one you’ll be given real accountability and implement menu planning strategies in new markets to drive forward our physical product offering (our menus and recipes) while liaising with both local and global stakeholders to steer our global strategy to increase customer satisfaction.

The successful applicant will require a mix of entrepreneurialism, creativity, administration and commercial logic.

The kind of experience that we offer has opened a number of doors for previous interns either within or outside of HelloFresh – including employment with some of the top strategy consulting firms and senior management positions in other startups.

What You’ll Do

• Our core product is our recipes and menus which we offer to customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that we have robust processes and tooling in our new and young markets and help plan our weekly menus.
• On a daily basis, you will be extracting, manipulating and analyzing data to make sure we deliver the most efficient menus in our young markets that is maximizing customer satisfaction
• Communicating on a regular basis, collecting information on time and exchanging ideas and best practices around menu planning with our teams in the fresh markets
• Identify opportunities to improve key menu KPIs, through business cases, process improvements, improved systems and tooling, analytics, and organizational improvements.

What You’ll Bring

• You have a strong academic record from a top university (preferably in Business, Finance or Supply Chain)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and nontechnical individuals
• Strong problem solving skills and capability to dig deeper into the details to identify issues and find solutions working together with other stakeholders.
• Good multitasking skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and good time management skills
• You are passionate about our business and have a real interest in learning how we can use data to provide key product insight into our food offering
• Good numerical and analytical thinking with a logical approach
• Extensive hands-on experience working with Excel at an advanced level, with the aspiration to expand your skills to other data analytical tools such as SQL and Tableau
• You are available to start 15 February 2023 for at least 6 months
• You speak English fluently (your position requires daily communication with people from other countries, Germany, Netherland, UK and etc, english is our working language)
