We seek to enhance our Payroll team with an International Payroll Specialist for our UK, Poland, and APAC locations. This role is responsible for coordinating, processing, and paying ~200 employees on a monthly basis. You’ll collaborate closely with the international HR & US Payroll teams to ensure processes are established, consistently applied and governance is maintained. This position partners with vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance, work closely with HR and other internal teams to ensure all tax reporting, benefits-records administration, and payroll issues are handled accurately and responsibly. The International Payroll Specialist acts as a key liaison with the international payroll vendor, CloudPay, and our employee data system, UKG, to build efficient workflows and processes that are scalable as we grow.

In This Role You Will

  • Prepare payrolls for monthly approvals and assist with the submission of statutory notices and relevant tax documents to third parties
  • Be responsible for coordinating, collating and inputting variables within the pre-agreed deadlines, seeking necessary authorizations as appropriate and submission to third party payroll companies for payroll processing
  • Recognize and mitigate risks associated with payroll and compliance
  • Build effective working relationships and credibility with key stakeholders and third-party providers
  • Assist with audits and finance queries
  • Support the broader International HR teams and employees with payroll and process queries
  • Ensure that all data is managed and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection regulations (GDPR) for the UK as well as adherence to government regulations for processing payrolls in our Singapore, Australia and Poland offices
  • Serve as a first level employee support for all international payroll, paid time off, and time & attendance questions ensuring our employees receive the highest level of service
  • Process workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Administer miscellaneous payments in the payroll system including commissions, stock transactions, dividend payments, adjusted overtime, manual checks, etc.
  • Respond to queries regarding garnishments or payroll withholdings
  • Partner with the HRIS team to design and/or implement new systems and/or system enhancements with a focus on international programs
  • Assist with projects and perform miscellaneous project and administration functions to support the Payroll and larger Total Rewards team
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Polish
  • Two years’ payroll processing experience required
  • Experience with processing pay through CloudPay
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
