Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HR Admin-related queries.
  • Draft and processes HR-related documentation for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
  • Administers the onboarding and offboarding programs and administrative tasks.
  • May assist with the preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Keeps up to date on current issues and matters in the organization related to the HR department.
  • Interprets, assists, and advises employees and managers regarding leave management and benefits administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.
  • HRIS data integrity maintenance
  • Prepare reports for management – HRIS Reports on an ad hoc basis
  • Assist with Employee wellness, work anniversaries, and recognition programs
  • Assist with the internal culture and office improvement team on social functions in the office, advise on events and initiatives from an HR perspective
  • Backup receptionist and administrative assistant duties as required.
  • And other duties as assigned.
