Internal Communications Manager

We’ve just launched our Strategy 2030 – Shaping a fairer, brighter and carbon neutral future and we’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join our small team to help us embed the strategy and bring it to life for staff and students.

This is a key position for the University and the post holder will play a vital role in leading our internal communications strategy.

We’re looking for someone with experience of navigating a complex organisation, and supporting colleagues at all levels to deliver first class internal communications through a wide variety of channels that are insight led and audience focused.

The role holder will be able to develop excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and will be motivated by finding creative solutions to internal communications challenges that can improve the working lives of our people.

You will need to be able to manage multiple projects at once and deliver high quality work.
